At Private Paradise Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure the tracking number is saved for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned garment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
